Ideal location opposite Guildhall, near Windsor Castle, shops and short distance from Windsor Royal station (Slough line). Responsive staff when reporting room defects (a few) and kind, courteous service from concierge Mathew and colleague re: our request to leave baggage in their care for a few hours after checking-out.

It is on the high street just across the road from Windsor Castle. All bars and restaurants are within a 5 minute walk. A fridge in the room means you can keep drink and food. I would stay here again.

The location was excellent , right in the middle of Windsor High Street . The staff were attentive, professional but friendly . Our room was spacious , modern and comfortable. The separate dressing area and modern bathroom were great and the sitting area in the room was really useful . We ate in the hotel for dinner and this was good . The best selling point for us was that it was dog friendly too , and taking the dog , we didn’t have to compromise by going in an inferior room . The dog was allowed in the bar area which enabled us to eat at the hotel too which was a bonus on days when it was raining and staying in was preferable. A great stay , would definitely recommend.

Friendly & efficient staff - sorted out problem we had quickly & let us check out an hour late. Nice big room with comfy bed & modern shower room Lovely reception area with plenty of sofas Location - right opposite the castle & near to all shops, restaurants, etc.

The proximity of the hotel to the castle was great. Plenty of shops and restaurants to choose from. Breakfast was ok, offered variety. All Staff members were very friendly. Great concierge team. Would like to especially thank Matthew who helped with our wheelchair requirements.

Location fine. Was told when booking in that breakfast was included in my booking. However, when arriving for breakfast we were told it wasn't. We therefore said we might as well have breakfast as we were there. Although I agreed to full breakfast. Provision of eggs & various other things were poor.

Excellent location opposite Windsor Castle. Parking in the hotel basement was very convenient although you had to request the door to be opened. A bit more advanced info about access on arrival would be useful. The concierge was helpful and friendly. The standard room was fine, although the only view was rooftops, unsurprisingly. We had been offered an upgrade room but this did not meet our requirement. The buffet breakfast was satisfactory with good coffee.

The staff was super helpful and really pleasant to talk to. The guy on the carpark was exceptionally nice and professional, him and all the staff made our stay very welcoming. The rooms was nice and spacious and very well cleaned, no noise from other rooms, breakfast was just what you needed after a day before of alot of walking, loads of variation to eat and the bar staff made really good cocktails. We will 100% be booking again in the future.

We stayed for one night to visit Windsor Castle. The location was excellent. Windsor Castle was across the road. The breakfast was very good, a great selection of food well prepared. They also offered everyone the choice of eggs fried or poached at no extra cost. The breakfast staff were excellent, pleasant and attentive. The room we stayed in was excellent, large and very clean.
